Physical Products:

1. All sales through are final unless product received is damaged or there is a shipping error on our part. 

2. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

3. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging including receipt must be in place for full refund to be issued. 

4. Each item you wish to change for the reasons specified in the number one ( 1. ) must be made within 7 days from the receiving date.

5. Once we have received your return, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. 

6. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
